Mechanism for Measuring Beneficiaries’ Satisfaction with the Delivery of Programs through the E-Training Mode

The Healthcare Excellence Training Company Center improves its practices in delivering electronic programs by following a clear mechanism to measure beneficiaries’ satisfaction, represented in the following:

An electronic link is sent to trainees and trainers at the end of each course to identify trainees’ satisfaction with the training programs, trainers, and suggestions that may contribute to improving the effectiveness of the courses delivered through the platform.

Objective of Measuring Beneficiaries’ Satisfaction:

Understanding the opinions, observations, and suggestions of beneficiaries regarding the website services and offered courses contributes to making appropriate decisions at the right time by the platform management and supports the development of the remote e-learning process.

Tool Used to Measure Beneficiaries’ Satisfaction Level:

An electronic link is provided to trainees to evaluate the training course according to a form that includes questions related to the training environment, content, and the trainer’s performance.

Target Group (Beneficiaries):

Questionnaires are sent after the training course to both trainers and trainees, including questions related to the training mechanism, delivery method, trainer, and other related aspects.
