The purpose of this policy is to clarify the importance of all beneficiaries of the Healthcare Excellence Training Company Center services adhering to integrity within the e-training environment, to explain the forms of integrity violations, and to outline the procedures and penalties taken by the Healthcare Excellence Training Company Center in cases of integrity violations within the e-training environment, as well as to reduce the occurrence of such violations.

Concept of Integrity and the Importance of Adhering to It:

Integrity is a fundamental requirement in all interactions within the organization, emphasizing the importance of honesty and trustworthiness for every individual in the electronic training environment, including trainers, trainees, and administrators.

At the Healthcare Excellence Training Company Center, we consider academic integrity to be one of the foundations of the training process, based on the values and principles encouraged by our true religion, which are rooted in honesty and high ethical standards. We believe that true academic success can only be achieved through strict adherence to integrity and responsibility standards, as this reflects our appreciation for knowledge and learning in a comprehensive and responsible manner.

The importance of academic integrity is reflected in building an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect among all members of the training community, whether trainees, trainers, or staff members. We strive to provide a training environment that promotes the values of integrity and honesty through policies and procedures that encourage dedication, diligence, and personal responsibility in achieving academic success in an honorable and legitimate manner.

Forms of Integrity Violations:

  1. Cheating: The use of unauthorized or illegitimate means to obtain false or undeserved results in examinations or other academic activities.
  2. Plagiarism and Intellectual Theft: The use or copying of literary or intellectual works of others without permission or without proper citation of the source. This includes stealing ideas or copying texts fully or partially without referencing their source.
  3. Exploitation of Collaboration: When a trainee relies on assistance from another trainee within the group to complete a shared task, or depends on another person to complete individual assignments, this constitutes a violation of integrity and academic responsibility rules.
  4. Fabrication and Forgery: When a trainee alters or fabricates information in an examination or academic assignment, or submits a forged medical certificate to justify absence from attendance.
  5. Identity Impersonation: When a trainee pretends to be another person in class, during an examination, or in any academic assignment. In this case, both the impersonating trainee and the trainee who facilitated the impersonation are subject to penalties.

Procedures and Penalties Applied by the Healthcare Excellence Training Company Center in Cases of Integrity Violations in the E-Training Environment and to Limit Such Violations:

  1. Verbal warning with documentation through a written undertaking or an official written warning.
  2. Temporary suspension of the account and deprivation from accessing platform services.
  3. Cancellation of the course examination in cases of cheating.

This policy applies to all beneficiaries of the Healthcare Excellence Training Company Center services. We are committed to ensuring the implementation of this policy, and all employees of the organization are also required to comply with it. Any violation of this policy will subject the violator to disciplinary action according to the procedures followed at the Healthcare Excellence Training Company Center.
