The attendance policy at the Healthcare Excellence Training Company Center aims to clarify the organizational procedures for synchronous electronic attendance. Synchronous electronic attendance refers to virtual presence in virtual classrooms and verifying the trainee’s real-time attendance during the lesson. Therefore, the following policies and organizational procedures have been established for synchronous electronic attendance:
- Electronic attendance through virtual classrooms is considered equivalent to regular attendance.
- Attendance hours through synchronous virtual classrooms must constitute a minimum of 25% of the total program/course hours when training is delivered in an asynchronous electronic format for programs lasting more than one month.
- Attendance hours through synchronous virtual classrooms must constitute a minimum of 25% of the total program hours in blended learning programs (whether virtual or regular attendance) for programs lasting more than one month.
- All participants are required to attend according to the training program schedule.
- The trainee must attend at least 50% of the hours allocated to the registered program.
Attendance and absence are recorded, documented, and monitored according to the following mechanism:
- Electronic attendance and absence for trainees are automatically recorded through virtual classroom systems during lectures.
If the trainee fails to comply with the approved minimum “electronic attendance” percentage, the following procedures will apply:
Excused Absence:
- The trainee must attend the missed hours in order for the certificate to be issued.
Unexcused Absence:
- Deprivation from obtaining the certificate.
This attendance policy applies to all trainees enrolled at the Healthcare Excellence Training Company Center. We are committed to ensuring the implementation of this policy, and all staff members of the organization are also required to comply with it. Any violation of this policy will subject the violator to disciplinary action according to the procedures followed at the Healthcare Excellence Training Company Center.
